The NCES District ID - found on the State Eligibility Spreadsheet or http://nces.ed.gov/ccd/search.asp The NCES School ID - found on the NCES website: http://nces.ed.gov/ccd/search.asp LEA Locale codes for REAP are a combination of the locale codes for each school in the District. To determine the locale codes of each school in the LEA, go to the NCES website. When the FY [YEAR] data is posted, it will be found at: http://nces.ed.gov/ccd/search.asp Directions: Make sure to include only the SCHOOLS in the District that need to be tested. Include both the District name and the individual name of each school. If the address submitted matches the address on file at NCES, there will be NO CHANGE in the locale code. The address submitted should be a physical location of a school building and not a P.O. Box or mailing address. Make sure you include the City, County, State and Zip.
