The regulations at 41 CFR 51 require
that nonprofit agencies participating in the AbilityOne (formerly
JWOD) Program record all direct labor hours performed by each
worker. For those workers who are blind or severely disabled, files
documenting their disability and capacity for competitive
employment must be maintained. In addition, nonprofit agencies must
keep records that track direct labor or revenues for products or
services sold through an AbilityOne Program contract.
As our agency's staff
changes and office move, we were late to realize we have to publish
the notice.
