There is an adjustment increase
in burden by 378 hours and a program increase of 12 hours due to an
additional number of advisory committee member positions and new
Research and Promotion Board. The board and committee member
positions are filled intermittently over a 2-4 year period. We
receive an average of 3 applications per member vacancy. A program
change was made to the form adding question 8a about lobbying.
