This is a revision of an approved information collection. The current burden inventory is 140 and FNS is requesting 90 burden hours for this revision. This is a program adjustment decreases the burden inventory by -50 burden hours primarily due to the decreased number of State D-SNAP requests from fiscal year 2009 through fiscal year 2014. In addition, number of disaster request decreased from 14 D-SNAP applications per year to an average of 9 D-SNAP requests per year, which is a decrease of -5 disaster requests annually.
