Short Statement: An adjustment from 32,345 respondents to 22,577 respondents is due to the change in the number of proposals estimated to be submitted to Treasury based on current data. The estimated burden for each contract at 9 hours remains unchanged. The adjustment in the total annual hours required from 291,105 to 203,193 is due to the increase in the estimated number of contractor proposals received.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
