Certification regulations for airports
serving scheduled air carrier operations in aircraft with 10-30
seats require the airports to comply with safety requirements prior
to serving operations of certain air carrier aircraft. The
application for an airport operating certificate and annual
compliance inspections require operators of certificated airports
to collect and report certain operational information.
