This collection proposes to conduct a one-time outcome evaluation of the NHLBI Global Health Initiative Centers of Excellence (GHI COE) Program to examine the extent to which the program achieved its intended objectives in developing sustainable research and research training capacity, and advancing information about the prevention and treatment of chronic non-communicable chronic cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases (CVPD) in low- and middle-income country (LMIC) populations.
