Rules
If any of the Production Loss Detail, "P21" records
within a unit has a Multiple Cropping Code of "IR"
and there are other Production Loss Detail, "P21"
lines with any of the following codes (DC, FC, WI,
SC, NS, RI) then sum the Preliminary Indemnities
of the lines with any of the codes in parenthesis,
and if the sum of these lines is less than or equal
to 0, then apply .35 to all of the lines in the unit
except any line with a Multiple Cropping Code of
"SW" or any line with a Guarantee Adjustment
Type Code from the Acreage, "P11" record equals
"P" or "E" and require that the Multiple Cropping
Exception Flag have an "Y" on these same lines.
The lines with "DC, FC, WI, SC, NS, RI" would
normally be calculated at 100% Indemnity unless
this exceptions exists.

For a denied Production Loss Detail, "P21" Record
being submitted to RMA the following fields must
be populated: Fields 1 - 8 AIP Code, Reinsurance
Year, Record Type Code, AIP Policy Producer Key,
Crop Code, AIP Insurance In Force Key, AIP
Acreage Key, AIP Claim Key, AIP Adjuster Key,
Claim Number, Stage Code (DC = Any claim
inspected by the adjuster and denied, resulting in
no indemnity payment), Determined Tons,
Determined Acreage, Determined Colonies,
Determined Tree Count, Determined Pounds or
Determined Contracted Pounds, Loss Adjuster
Signature Date and First Notice of Loss Date.

The Production Loss Detail, "P21" record date
entries in field 43, First Notice of Loss Date and
field 44, Last Notice of Loss Date are required only
for the cause(s) of loss reported on the record.
One of the Dates of Damage must be greater than
or equal to field 43, First Notice of Loss Date.

when the Insurance Plan Code equals Revenue
Protection with Harvest Price Exclusion, "03", the
Stage Code is not equal to "R" and the Production
to Count Quantity is greater than "0", the Harvest
Price from the Price ADM, "A00810" must be
available.

When Claim Process Code equals "S" and Price
Indicator Code is not equal to "H" and the Unit
Structure Code equals "BU", "EU" or "WU" then
