The current burden inventory is
534,374 estimated annual respondents: 10,622,053 estimated annual
responses and 8,067,906 estimated annual burden hours. With this
revision the agency is seeking 531,597 estimated annual
respondents, 11,361,422 estimated annual responses and 8,687,170
estimated annual burden hours. This reflects a decrease in the
number of estimated respondents 2,777, increase in the estimated
number of responses 739,369 and an increase in the number of
estimated annual burden hours 619,264 since the last OMB
submission. The burden increased due to added hours for new pilot

section 508(h) of the Act for. New data elements were added as a
result of the new commodity programs.
