This package was last approved on November 24, 2014. While that package had discussed the need and burden for an EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) agreement, that agreement was inadvertently excluded from the package. To correct this oversight, we are adding the agreement to the package as a nonsubstantial change. All of the other collection instruments/instructions remain unchanged. Since the burden for the agreement was already accounted for, we are not changing any of our burden estimates.
