Abstract: HUD intends to use the information collected for the SC2 National Resource Network for several purposes: 1) It will enable HUD to select a grantee under a competitive selection process 2) It will enable the Government Technical Representative (GTR) to moniitor the grantee's performance and 3) It will enable HUD to collect information on the SC2 National Resource Network so that it can improve the SC2 National Resource Network for the future.
