SBA's Office of Credit Risk Management
(OCRM) oversees and monitors SBA's 7(A) Lenders, Certified
Development Companies Microloan Lenders, and Non-Lending Technical
Assistance Providers. In connection with this oversight, SBA
request that these entities provide information related to their
operations and lending activity.
Previous estimates were made
during the early implementation of the reporting requirements
described in number A.1 above. Based on our experience with the
oversight program, and discussions with those involved with the
process, we are able to revise the burden to more accurately
reflect time spent on preparing the reports.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
