the funding for this program should be shut down. this should all be handled by the pharmacist themselves in conjunction with working for physicians. there is no need for govt toi get involved or for ordinary American taxpayers to be taxed to pay for this program. there should be an additional charge on the hiv patients themselves for their care their rats should be higher for their illness which is brought on by drug addition and needles. this comment is for the public record. we need downsizing of govt. th cdc spends like a drunken sailor. please receipt. jean public [email protected]
