The information submitted by tribes
allows them to participate in planning the development of
transportation needs in their area; the information provides data
for administration, documenting plans, and for oversight of the
program by the Department.
The Indian Reservation Roads
(IRR) High Priority Projects program has been deleted under 23
U.S.C. 202(b)(3)(ii); therefore, applications are no longer
accepted which reduces the annual hour burden from 19,628 to 18,028
hours. There are no other changes or adjustments.
