The Indian Reservation Roads (IRR) High Priority Projects program has been deleted under 23 U.S.C. 202(b)(3)(ii); therefore, applications are no longer accepted which reduces the annual hour burden from 19,628 to 18,028 hours. There are no other changes or adjustments.
