he burden has decreased by 754 hours from the last approved submission. The decrease in burden is due solely to one program change, which is listed in the table provided in the answer to question number 15 of the attached Supporting Justification. Total program change(s) show in the table decreased the burden by 754 hours and by 754 responses. The current OMB inventory displays a total burden of 445,637 hours, while the present submission exhibits a burden total of 444,883 hours. Hence, there is a decrease in burden of 754 hours. There is no change in burden costs to respondents. ***Note: On July 2, 2014, FRA published a Final Rule in the Federal Register discontinuing the requirement associated with Section 233.9. That Final Rule went into effect on September 2, 2014. Thus, this accounts for the program change. This Final Rule document is attached in the Supporting Documents section of this submission.
