NEH Website Evaluation Form

My colleagues at NEH are in the process of redesigning NEH’s website. One of their goals is
to make the website more user friendly, especially for first time grant applicants. They are
seeking feedback on how usable the current NEH website is and what grant applicants
might want to see in a new version. Please explore the website (www.neh.gov) while
putting yourself in the shoes of a potential grant applicant and share your impressions.

Your responses are voluntary. We will only use your responses to improve the appearance
and functionality of NEH’s website, and may share them for this limited purpose with a
third party website design firm that is assisting us with this project.

The Office of Management and Budget requires federal agencies to supply information on
the time needed to complete forms and also to invite comments on the paperwork burden.
NEH estimates that the average time to complete this survey is sixty minutes per response.
This estimate includes time for reviewing instructions, gathering the information needed,
and completing and reviewing the survey.
