Short Statement: This is an agency adjustment of a currently approved information collection resulting in a reduction in burden hours by 30 hours, from 170 to 140. An agency adjustment was necessary due to a fluctuation in the estimated numbers of respondents during the reporting period. The respondents declined from 12 to 10 resulting in a reduction in annualized burden hours. There was no change in the program.
