Authority to revise to allow grapes that do not meet minimum quality requirements, yet are still desirable for human consumption, to be donated to charitable organizations and require handlers to report any grapes donated. Changes allow industry to participate in the U.S. Food Waste Challenge while ensuring donated table grapes are distributed as authorized.
