Your responses will help us provide relevant GIS-related guidance, training, and policy recommendations for the use of GIS in public health emergency preparedness and response. With this survey, our working group seeks to understand the gaps and successes associated with current geospatial use in emergency preparedness and response. If you are involved in public health emergency preparedness and response and/or geospatial activities in any way within CDC/ATSDR, this survey is relevant to you!
