The National Institute on Drug Abuse
(NIDA), has created a postdoctoral research fellowship to advance
scientific understanding of the linkages between drug abuse and HIV
while fostering multinational research. This program will provide
rigorous postdoctoral research training with a mentor who is an
expert in HIV-related drug abuse research at a leading research
institution. The fellowship award requires full-time and continuous
engagement for the duration of the award. The program is restricted
to non-U.S. nationals and non-U.S. residents, and to candidates who
have at least eight years post-doctoral research
experience.

the collection of information encompassed by this request complies

1320.8(b)(3).
