Short Statement: This request is for an extension without change of a currently approved collection. The estimated change in the burden hours is a decrease of 9 hours (from 229 to 220). There has been an overall decrease, from 72 to 70, in the estimated number of respondents meeting the (unchanged) mandatory requirements for filing on an annual basis. Additionally, there has been an overall decrease, from 13 to 10, in the estimated number of respondents that would file exemption claims.
