Reminder!!
It has come to our attention that you have not completed the survey, entitled “Improving Food Safety and Defense Capacity of the State and Local Level:
Review of State and Local Capacities”, that was sent to you on (insert date). Please take the time to complete this survey at your earliest convenience. The Food Safety Modernization Act working groups need the information from each and every individual agency in order to better understand the current capacities of State and local agencies.
Once again as a reminder, the collected information will help FDA better understand the current capacities of State and local agencies. That information will be used for the future development and implementation of strategies to leverage and enhance the food safety and defense capacities of these agencies in regards to foodborne illness outbreak prevention, response, and containment.
