	2. Debt service should be shown as being paid from the debt service reserve or capitalized interest account only to the extent that it is provided for in the loan documents.
	3. Column (e): information regarding direct payments must only be provided if PHA is requesting that HUD make direct payments to Lender. direct payment may be initiated no more than three business days prior to when payment is due. Payments scheduled to be initiated on weekends or holidays will not be initiated until the following business day.
