SUBJECT:

Non-Substantive Change – Merge hours from 0584-0576 to 0584-0006

The information collection burden associated with FNS interim final rule, “Nutrition
Standards for All Foods Sold in School As Required by the HHFKA 2010” was approved
under OMB #0584-0576 for three years on August 14, 2014. The ICR indicated that FNS
would merge the burden approved under #0584-0576 to 0584-0006, “7 CFR Part 210,
National School Lunch Program,” upon clearance from OMB.

At this time, FNS is requesting a no material/non-substantive change to merge the burden
assigned to OMB#0584-0576 to 0584-0006 and to discontinue 0584-0576. Note that in a
recent merge of the Professional Standards rule, we merged the hours from 0584-0588, but
not the responses. This merge also corrects the total number of responses.
