The Agency is requesting a 1
hour adjustment decrease from 916 hours to 915 burden hours. The
adjustment is a result of the elimination of federal access from
the burden hour calculation in this ICR. Also, the Agency is
increasing the cost from $105,912 to $112,808, a total cost
increase of $6,896. The cost increase is due to a 6.7% increase in
the price of professional medical services from 2011 to 2014.
