Submissions will provide the U.S.
Government with information to be used in enforcing various
economic sanctions programs administered by OFAC under 31 CFR
Chapter V.
This submission is being made
for revision purposes. Adjustments in the agency estimate were made
to reflect recent changes in OFAC's Cuba regulations, 31 CFR part
515, increasing the number of reporting requirements. This
adjustment resulted in an increase of 2,005 responses, and an
increase of 2,003 burden hours. In addition, a reporting error
regarding the nature of the cost burden is being corrected.
Previous submissions identified costs associated with labor hours.
There are no annualized startup costs, so the cost reported here is
corrected to zero.
