The purpose of this Change Worksheet is to report a technical update to change the student SEVIS email field from optional to required entry and to add a field for student phone number to the SEVIS database or system. This change will not affect the burden because the additions data elements are collected during the scheduled data uploads (batch processing). Collections printed from the SEVIS will not reflect the additional fields and therefore do not change.
