The purpose of the provision at FAR
52.222-46 is to require offerors to submit for evaluation a total
compensation plan setting forth proposed salaries and fringe
benefits for professional employees working on the
contract.
The General Schedule annual and
hourly amounts in items 12 and 14 have been updated to reflect the
2015 salary tables published by the Office of Personnel Management.
There is a slight change in the number of contractors from
FDPS.
