Abstract: Importers of covered products and equipment are required to submit a certification report to DOE prior to distributing their products in the U.S. commerce. Certification reports must provide specific information for each basic model, including product/equipment type, brand name, and basic model number. DOE requests to collect information associated with products/equipment subject to DOE regulations submitted via the "single window" provided by the International Trade Data System prior to U.S. entry.
