FRA is making a non-material/non-substantive change to the PTCIP Template Information Collection approved yesterday by OMB. Specifically, in keeping with agency practice and OMB requirements, FRA has added OMB Control No. 2130-0553 to each page of the newly approved Form FRA F 6180.164.
