The Commission has finalized a safety standard for infant swings that incorporates by reference, with some modifications, the voluntary standard for infant swings issued by ASTM International, ASTM F 2088-12a. This includes third-party disclosures (sections 8.1 and 9.1) that provide product information to consumers.
