will be used by the financial review team in order to establish
that the MAOs, PDPs, PACE Organizations, 1876 Cost Plans and
Demonstration Plans are maintaining fiscally sound
organizations.

The increase in burden from the
previously filed PRA Package is due to the increase in the number
of filings of participating plans: • Addition of the Medicare
Medicaid Program plans (MMPs); • Growth in the Medicare Advantage
plans (MA) and Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)
programs; • Increase in number of plans having to report quarterly;
and • Correction in the frequency of PACE reporting from 4 times a
year to 5 times a year that report annually and quarterly. This
increase in plan participation results in a net increase of 318
reviews.
