Abstract: The collection instrument information is used by the financial review team to establish whether Medicare Health Plans (Medicare Advantage organizations, Medicare-Medicaid Plans (MMPs), and 1876 Cost Plans), Prescription Drug Plan sponsors (PDPs), and Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly organizations are demonstrating a fiscally sound operation.
