NHTSA: DRUNK DRIVER/RIDER RESEARCH SURVEY


Thanks again for your willingness to participate in our survey. Over the course of the survey we will go fairly in-depth into some of your attitudes and behaviors regarding alcohol consumption. Remember, all of your responses will be completely anonymous and your answers will never be tied back to you. The survey will take about 20 more minutes to complete.
