Residents
The submission includes 12 pages, broken down into three sections: Advice to Applicant (2

Section I. Permanent Resident Aliens Eligible for Cancellation of Removal: reformat
statement under subsection B. to read as follows:
B. You have at least seven (7) years continuous residence in the United States after having
been lawfully admitted in any status, prior to service of the Notice to Appear, or prior
to committing a criminal or related offense referred to in sections 212(a)(2) and
237(a)(2) of the INA, or prior to committing a security or related offense referred to in
section 237(a)(4) of the INA; and

6. FEES.
Modify the first sentence in the first paragraph as follows:
Before you file your Form EOIR-42A with the Immigration Court, you must pay the
required $100 filing fee and the biometrics fee to the Department of Homeland Security
(DHS).

The Form:
1. Question 33): add a period to the end of the first question.
2. Question 40): add a comma after “e.g.”
3. Question 55): correct the justification in the last two columns in the table
4. Part 8: add a section symbol to the 8 USC citation
