Short Statement: Previously, the eleven survey instruments were submitted under a single "Voice of the Veteran" Instrument Collection. The Eleven survey have been submitted as separate instruments in the instrument collection list to satisfy reporting requirements. The modification to this collection involves the addition of the four Agency Performance Goal (APG) questions and removal of a duplicate trust question as documented in the attached white paper. The net respondent burden remains unchanged.
