There was a program adjustment resulting in an increase of 3,839 annual burden hours (from 2,910 to 6,749) due to a combination of factors including: 1) an increase in the overall number of program respondents, specifically RUS Broadband borrowers, by 50 (from 597 to 647), an increase in the reported time required by respondents per response (from 3.67 to 6.36 hours) and a requirement by the program that respondents with potentially at-risk loans provide quarterly reports instead of annual reports.
