DFARS 242.11 requires DoD contract administration personnel to monitor contractor progress and identify any factors to the contractor that may delay performance and for which the contractor must provide a response. DFARS 252.242-7004 requires contractors to establish and maintain a Material Management and Accounting System (MMAS), and disclose audit results and any MMAS system changes.
