At present, the OMB control number 1004-0201 authorizes 308 burden hours and no non-hour costs for each plan of development (POD). The final rule revises 43 CFR 3931.11 in order to comply with an agreement in settlement of litigation. This revision is a program change to the information collection activity for PODs. The numbers of responses annually will not change, but the approved number of burden hours for each POD has increased from the approved number (i.e., 308) to the requested number of 468 burden hours.
