Abstract: The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act requires states to report on performance in core programs such as the Wagner-Peyser Act programs, the Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth programs, Adult Education and Family Literacy Act programs, and the Vocational Rehabilitation Act programs. This ICR contains the data to be collected for the measures states are to use to report on performance.
