Abstract: Commercial TV broadcast stations and Class A TV broadcast stations are both require to file FCC Form 2100, Schedule H (form FCC Form 398). Schedule H is a standardized form that provides for consistent reporting by all licensees and facilitates efforts by the public and FCC to monitor compliance with the Children's TV Act. Please see the non-substantive change request justification which requires review and approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).
