Short Statement: Although there was an increase in the number of applications (from 53 to 60) and awardees (from 17 to 20) from the previous reporting period, there is a increase in burden of 108 hours and a decrease 26 responses. This is attributable to an adjustment in how RD accounts for burden on standard forms now accounted for under other OMB numbers as an RCF.
