To ensure effective grant oversight,
SLIGP recipients will be required to complete a closeout report,
which will capture a final account of grantee activities and how
these activities contributed to overall program goals. The closeout
report serves as a summary of grant-funded activities over the
entire award period. NTIA will use the collection of information to
ensure that recipients are effectively monitored and evaluated
against the core purposes of the program established by the
Act.
