DRAFT Scenarios

The following tasks will be asked of users (in random) order:

1. You would like to know what kinds of flu vaccines are available. Where would you find this information?

2. You would like to know when you should get the flu vaccine. Where would you find this information?

3. You would like to know whether you should get the flu shot or the nasal spray. Where would you find this information?

4. You’ve heard that the flu shot does not give you the flu, but want to know if this is correct. Where would you find this information?

5. You would like to know how effective the flu vaccine is. Where would you find this information?

6. You would like to know why you should get the flu vaccine. Where would you find this information?

7. You have an egg allergy. Where would you look to see if eggs are used to make the flu vaccine?

8. Your sister is pregnant and you would like to know if it’s safe for her to get a flu show. Where would you find this information?

9. Where would you look for information about ways to protect yourself from the flu?

10. You would like to know if there are side effects from the flu vaccine. Wherewould you find this information?

The following two post-test questions will be asked for users to rate the organization structure:
