Abstract: The Securities and Exchange Commission is proposing to amend the regulatory requirements in Regulation ATS under the Exchange Act applicable to NMS Stock ATSs, including so called “dark pools.” The Commission is proposing to amend Regulation ATS to adopt Form ATS-N.
