Performance measures were drafted to
provide data useful to the program and to enable HRSA to provide
aggregate program data required by Congress under the Government
Performance and Results Act (GPRA) of 1993 (Public Law 103-62). The
purpose of this data collection is to provide HRSA with information
on how well each grantee is improving access to devices used to
reverse the effects of an opioid overdose and to provide training
on the use of the devices and on recognizing the signs of an
overdose.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
