Last week we sent you an email inviting you to complete a voluntary short survey about your participation in the 2019 Science Ambassador Fellowship summer course at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta. We strive to improve the summer course and are interested in your feedback and suggestions to guide the direction of future summer courses.

To help us improve next year’s Fellowship, we invite you to complete a voluntary short survey by accessing the link below. The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Be sure to complete this survey in one sitting, as you will not be able to return to edit your responses or complete the survey once you exit it. The survey closes on Monday, August 5, 2019 at 11:59 pm EST.
