Last week we sent you an email inviting you to complete a voluntary short survey about your participation in the 2018 Science Ambassador Fellowship with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta, Georgia. We strive to improve the Fellowship, and are interested in your feedback and suggestions to guide the direction of future of the Fellowship.

To help us improve next year’s Fellowship, we invite you to complete a voluntary short survey by accessing the link below. The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
