Abstract: The regulations at 30 CFR 250, Subpart Q, concern decommissioning of platforms, wells, and pipelines, as well as site clearance and platform removal. This request covers the proposed rulemaking that will require submittals of a summary of actual decommissioning expenditures incurred for each pipeline decommissioning activity.
