Abstract: Part 32 contains an application process for obtaining authorization to use the Supplemental Lending Limits Program (Program). This information collection requires national banks and savings associations that want to take advantage of the Program to apply to OCC and receive approval. Part 32 also provides alternative methods for calculating the credit exposure of certain derivative transactions. This information collection requires OCC approval for use of certain calculation models.
